Hi Arpa did you know that arpa in Turkish means barley. I'm sure you have an explanation for your name, is it short for arpanyag? Just curious.

Besides the fact that, much to my chagrin/sadness many of us know more Turkish than Armenian, as in “arpa” to mean “barley”.

Thanks Arpa, for the post. I knew there would be a good explanation for it, but this one not only explained it, also it was educational indeed.
On the other issue I think it doesn't hurt to know the language of your nemesis.

The now disabled Ariel Sharon, would prononce the word as "TECHORIST."

Is ***** a Turkish word? LOL

Hagarag, I'll gladly PM you the meaning of word ****** if you wish, if fact you are quit accustom to it anyways, you may even like it! Many high ranking *****’*’s were high ranking Turkish bisexuals, you said it your self in many occasions

Including the man revered as a God in Turkey. I wonder what is in Latife's personal memoirs. I am sure those are kept secret under "national security" justification. Did you know that Onassis was one of these ***** boys? He used that as a springboard. He then was a gigolo to an older woman, again as a springboard. My far distant ancestor was the Sultan's favorite. I sometimes wonder how that parlayed into his unbelievable success.
