Arpa Hayks Statue is not in Qanaqer - it's in Masiv / Avan - overlooking at Yerevan on to Masis Ararat - please lets not move him

I say We Place VAzgen I Statue & Also Build a new Church after his name

Yes MosJan.
By all means.
Why don't my URLs above open?
Avan or Qanaqer. My sense of geography of Yervan needs revision.
It took me an myY erevanite freind Armen to find and locate that startue of Haik, under which I have a photo of mine standing under his enormous "balls".
As to whose statue to erect, aside of mine smile.gif. Wait another few hundred years. In the US it was agreed to not erect statues and monuments to personallities at least for the time, until the virtual "dust settles", to see who will endure the test of history.
Erecting statues of Marx, Engels, Lenin an Stalin have been proven a virtual exercise in futility and subject to revision.
Once again. Why not erect a statute of me, it will scare all those voting, deposting pidgeons away. I will remain with you forever!! smile.gif smile.gif

My suggestion: Arpa throwing a bomb westward like a football. Haik can keep the bow! smile.gif

The Sasuntsi Davit equestrian statue should be moved from its isolated location to the Republic Square.
One of the issues of EL (Elitar Kyanq) had a very cool graphic depiction of Yerevan in the future with a ton of skyscrapers etc. and Sasunstsi Davit statue was in the Republic Square. Looked pretty awesome. I'll try to find it and upload it.
