The Lord above,
Sent his only son
To spread the word of God
To everyone.

Jesus cured the lepers
And he healed the lame
But he left the bald men
With their pain...

Oh mighty Lord
I've lost what I had
I've suffered the fate
Of my old dad.

I've looked in the hills
The valleys everywhere
But I cannot see
Why you took my hair.

I'm losing my hair
I'm losing my hair
What was on my head
Is no longer there
When you see the light
It's my forehead's glare
Oh don't you care
That I'm losing my hair?

I try to pray
And I try to grieve
I've tried the wig
And I've tried the weave.

I've tried the transplant
And I've tried the graft
But my hair
Is thinning fast.

Oh mighty Lord
Why'd you take my hair?
Are you making a carpet
For heaven's stairs?

To warm the feet
Of the chosen souls?
But in the meantime
My head's getting cold.

We are your children
And we are blessed
But most of my hair
Is now on my chest.

In your own wisdom
You took it off my head
Why couldn't you just
Strike me blind instead?

Oh Lord above
On judgement day
Will you forgive me
For my toupee?

And when I march
Through the gates of pearl
Can I have hair
In your afterworld?
Oh I'm loosing my hair...

Good Day!!! lol.gif laugh.gif

I feel your pain Juggy...

Just remember the reason why your hair is falling is because your brain is too big and is pushing the hair out. And you know that you can't grow grass on a busy street.

Just for fun. !!!

Dont worry too much Juggy. The hair that you loose from your head will come back in different places(like back, ars, ears and nose.) so it is not a complete loss. smile.gif

Juggs if it makes you feel any better, I have been noticing the same thing about me for years ... although it is much slower than my brother. I personally don't care. If it's gonna happen, then so be it. I'll just shave it all cool.gif

I'm not sure if what I say would count as advice, but, once/if you are able to keep/promote your hair, I think you should also shave it down to the roots for a while, so that it can grow stronger. Not only should you prevent but you should also maintain. Think of how one gets their facial hair thick. One friend reputedly had an aunt who had very thick hair, owed to having her head shaved when she was merely a baby.

Hair isn't like a plant that you have to prune to grow thicker!

The connection between shaving and thick facial hair is that those who shave are - as a side effect - massaging their face and thus increasing the blood supply to the roots of their facial hair. (The more blood, the healthier the hair root - this is why the facial hair of those who shave grows faster than those who don't). So one way of avoiding hair loss is to massage your head for a few minutes every day.

But don't you do that per default every time you take a shower and wash your hair?

I'm not sure I should believe any of the nonsense about herbal tea and egg yolk and what not on the head. Some people claim that warmth helps hair growth as well (as in people in warmer countries are hairier: a complete contradiction in terms, not to mention nonsense!)... Shaving as well. Except for my armpits, no other part of my body suffers from different or excess growth after shaving, plucking or waxing. But all this talk of hair brings me to the topic of graying. What to do about that? Bruin, any suggestions? Or is that also an unstoppable process?

That would explain why people have more hair on certain parts of their body oops.gif

I'm sorry, but that site looks like one GIANT Ad for fake pharma products. the link for Propecia doesn't even link to Merck (the producer of the drug). This is all fake - false advertising to the max. mad.gif I hate seeing stuff like this...

Gevo, don't get me wrong, it's not your fault! some of the products could be legit - it's just the wasy it's presented gives me absolutely NO confidence at all - Hair-loss products, like weight-loss, super-abs, penis-enlargement etc. are industries rife with crooked people trying to make a buck off of peoples insecurites. That's what i don't like...

Gray hair ought to be a pain. You can dye it, but do you want to do that every month or so, depending on how fast your hair grows? Once you go bald, you go bald. Not much maintenance there, unless you decide you have to comb hair on one side of the head over the top and to the other side.
