I am trying to convert .avi files to .mov WITHOUT losing quality. What software should I use? I tried Oxelon Media Converter but I'm losing quality. Are there any free softwares that will do the job properly? If not, which paid program would work best. I need the files in .mov format so that they will play in itunes. Thank you in advance.

Nané most likely the quality problem is due to wrong export settings not the software.
Try this one if you want - http://www.squared5....amclip-win.html
I run a test conversion and I don't see any quality loss issues with the converted video.
Good luck.

You can try using Appgeeker.

source here: http://www.ilikemall...to-mov-mac.html

These will convert the files into something you can use.

Wow iTunes can't play avi files? yyyyiykes. Yah I have often found video conversion to be very very very confusing. There are way too many knobs and switches and formats (even an AVI can be encoded in many many different ways).
