I had the same problem and decided to change the computer!
Eve, just go to Del+Ctrl+Alt (the three magic fingers) and close all the running programs that are unnecessary. It works, but that's the temporary relief. Good luck.

I've tried it, first website I pulled out. The problem is that in task manager there is no such process as se.exe. I disabled it in msconfig in startup, I tried hijackthis, I tried adaware, I tried Spb, I tried registry crawler. It won't leave ME ALONE!!! The damn thing gets loaded with Rundll32, it's one of the running modules. I just wish I knew how to manually erase the damn thing from Rundll, and I can't find that information. I suck.

- Keep System Restore off while you're cleaning up your computer
- Use System Restore to rollback any system changes made recently
- Create a new user account and see if it keeps loading the module
- Connect you hard drive to another computer and then scan it or
you can try to make BartPE bootable CD with anti-virus and anti-spyware modules included and use it to access your drive and scan it without loading your infected Windows. http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/
- Reinstall Windows with Repair option
