IN HINDSIGHT

On Armenians and Turks:
It would have been better
if Armenians (or rather our revolutionaries)
had not engaged in terrorist acts
at the turn of the century in the Ottoman Empire.

On Palestinians and Jews:
It would have been infinitely better for all concerned
if the Palestinians had accepted the inevitable
and refrained from declaring war against the Jews.

Moral: Some forms of injustice are better
if only because they claim fewer victims.
As for perfect justice:
we may have it in the next world – if there is a next world:
about which no one can speak with any degree of certainty.

Interesting philosophy, if only human instincts were less violent when it comes to matters of justice, freedom or national issues.
Do you think it is possible to change the human brain to that point, I personnaly don`t believe it.
