While going through things in storage I came across a few bottles of wine. Ginis and I made before the children were born. If our oldest was born she was very small, I don't remember her being there when we were picking the grapes.

Would make a nice salad dressing, if it took air probably it turned into vinegar. :) Open one of the bottles to see if it's OK!

No, the bottles have been lying on their side so the cork remained tight. It's a nice friendly wine. I'll move it to the cellar when I get the time.

Sound like you understand a bit about ageing wine.

I looked for wine roses when I first poured a glass, there were none and it smelled well, it tasted like another small splash. I'm pleased.

In that case, send me a dozen bottles only. :P

Enjoy my friend!
