Peace is when you have a clear mind or no worries. Which would never happen with everyone running around with work and family.

Peace is when you've changed your tranny and t-case fluids with synthetic, checked the diff fluids, installed new properly gapped spark plugs, re-filled the oil in your on-board air compressor, fixed the broken shift lever boot, installed the new 4" round LED tail lights, mounted the 55W halogen backup lights, and finished the wiring on the shock adjustment module in the cab in your jeep.

I hope I'll be there in less than a month... or else, peace might have to wait till it starts getting warm again.

Peace is when you're inwardly happy and content both with the nature that surrounds you and your psychological state of affairs. When you feel happy inside (no worries, no anger within you but all love to give, no rushing around), when you stop and smell the flowers or the smell of a burning wood.

Peace is when I used to go for a drive to the Bear Mountains here in New York State and gaze at the beautiful lake or when my daughter was 1 or 2 years old and I used to walk with her all around the lake, feeling very peaceful and content with both my sweet child in the stroller, the blossoming flowers and the green trees that surrounded me.

Peace is when I kiss my aged mother on her cheek or on her forehead or when I brought her hot soup and bread to her today; because she is not well and she cannot move around much. That gives me happiness and peace inside. Peace is when I know my loved ones are healthy and alive. Peace is when my husband kisses me before leaving the house and patting me on the back because of a good dolma or derevi litsk that I have made, and finally peace is when the three of us went this summer to a mountain in upstate New York and walked on a trail and when we all put our feet in the cold stream that was flowing from within.

All of the above to me sums up the word peace. Peace is when you are feeling happy from within yourself and without.

No, in fact it is a brand of Native American pipe, as in "peace pipe", calumet.

Can you see the word "calm" in "calumet"?
