SECRET AZERBAIJANI DOCUMENTS PRESENTED IN LEVON MELIK-SHAHNAZARYAN'S BOOK

Political analyst Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan presented today his book
"Azerbaijani Aggression Outlined Artsakh's Borders" based on a number
of documents achieved during intelligence activity and on the basis
of his articles.

"These are secret Azerbaijani documents. There is one document which
has no copies," Melik-Shahnazaryan told the reporters on Tuesday.

The book issued in Russian and having 800 copies has already been sent
to corresponding bodies, Foreign Affairs Ministry in particular. The
author said he hopes that soon it will appear on the table of
negotiations.

"These documents appeared here long time ago, still in 90s. They
were just considered lost and were discovered just recently. The
documents presented here completely break the logic of current
Azerbaijani-Armenian talks. Azerbaijan presents to the world as if
Armenia is an aggressor and has occupied part of its territories while
we are permanently defending ourselves rejecting these accusations.

These documents show that aggressor is Azerbaijan. They show that
Azerbaijan attempted to commit genocide of Karabakh people. Putting
these documents on the table of negotiations will change its logic.

And it becomes clear that talks on giving territories have no grounds.

In such case there is no need to speak of Minsk group proposals as
well," the political analyst said.

Melik-Shahnazaryan said he is going to send this book to different
Russian think tanks, Brussels, USA, Armenian lobbying organizations
dealing with political issues.
