Today, on December 13, 2017, the HCAV sent a letter on the crime to the RA General Prosecutor’s Office on the issue of bringing a criminal case against Serzh Sargsyan, based on the statements he made during the conference dedicated to the Local Self-Government and Territorial Administration Bodies on December 9.
