Parev,

this 2 pictures

are used more and more by denialist of the Armenian genocide, and presented as furkish victims slaughtered
by armenians.

the thing is that this pictures are also used by some websites and bloggs exposing the reality of the Armenian genocide,
and presented as armenians victims slaughtered by furks

here´s a the dilemma,
everybody knows how denialist works,
but no one did leave any orginal source of the pictures

from this topics
http://www.middleeas...showtopic=14603

I did contact the 2 websites which are exposing this 2 pictures for further information (www.unitedhumanrights.org and www.warcrimes.info), but after 3 weeks I didn´t get any help.
Judging by the contents of their site, I knew that I wasn´t dealing with historians or with a serious organization

How you any idea of where this picture are coming from?
Have you seen this pictures in other serious websites wich can give a clue?

Thank you for any help!

Regarding the first picture, Kars was captured on April 25, 1918... battles were ungoing prior, the massacres having happened on April 25 defies common sense given that Armenians had no reason to do that after they lost control, even if they wanted, Kars effectivally fell in the hand of the Turks without effective resistance. The only who could have commited massacres there and at that date, and which would have been logical, would be the Turks AFTER capturing Kars, killing bunch of people, taking pictures of it and than inflame the nationalists and convincing them under that pretext to move more inward Armenia. There are records in American archive, witnesses, where they report that Armenian graves were deguised as Muslim and Muslim women were send there to cry and pictures were taken of Turks having been killed by Armenians.

The second picture is even more ridiculous.
