Umm...let's see.

Anything written by Franz Kafka is good but my favorite is Metamorphosis.

Henderson the Rain King by Saul Bellow

The Sound and The Fury by William Faulkner

A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man by James Joyce

Frankenstein by Mary Shelley

Anna Karanina by Leo Tolstoy

I'm reading Dracula by Bram Stocker (It's ok...I like how it's written in articles and journal entries smile.gif )

And...by far the biggest must read...is...

That was actually my pooch smile.gif
He passed about a year ago - but I couldn't bear removing him as my avatar... I guess it was time.
RIP.

Speaking of dogs, another book I loved as a child was Jack London's Call of the Wild.

I totally flaked on the Greek and I want to add some.

The Odyssey and The Iliad by Homer

The Oedipus Trilogy (that's a compilation of the three Oedipus plays: Oedipus Rex - Oedipus at Colonus - Antigone ) by Sophocles.

BTW, Oedipus Rex means king swollen foot. biggrin.gif

Yup. They are long but they're good. smile.gif Have you read either of them?

I have a question. Umm...I can't open any attachments (though I can post them). How long do I have to wait before I can view them?

I'm able to open them, maybe your firewalls set up or you need browser update (upgrade). But then again I'm not a computer guy ohmy.gif
