I had the same problem, could be that Admin raised the size of the mailbox by one (don't see the point) or something such, which will make it think it has one less message or something like that. Just ask someone to send you a PM, it will fix it.

I think, when we delet our pm from the e-mail address directly (www.yahoo.com foe example), we see -1.

Yesterday I deleted 75% of my emails and haven't had any problems.

I did. I also have a -1 and the other day -3, then two people sent me PMs and now I have a -1. I don't like it either.
