So this "should we marry them or not" has become a re-occuring topic on Hyeforum and on various other Armenian forums and chat rooms. For some reason I have never seen a topic about "Do THEY want to marry us?" I know, I know we are too good to be asked that question...etc etc. I have personally been an open-minded person throughout my life thinking that human beings should find each other FIRST and then discover each others' cultures, nationalities etc. But from my observations and life experiences actually most cultures discriminate against others specially when things come to marriage and kids. And from my experience others discriminate against Armenians as much as Armenians discriminate against others.
These days I am a proponent of an Armenian-to-Armenian marriage, not sure how I got here but it just makes more sense to me at the end of the day. Cheers!

My god this is a good questions, but something I won't even start to argue.
But let me tell you something, I, for reasons I cannot discuss am obliged to marry an Armenian woman. But for those who do not have the same obligations as I do, having the luxury of not knowing what I know, go on marry the one you love, have a thril, even if she/he is not an Armenian, life without love is sad and it took me much, much courage to accept that fact and move on, just don't forget your roots, be happy, tell your child what blood flows in him. We will always take care of the rest, enjoy life.
