First you badly kill the guys, second? Is the girl totally inocent??? I think in this situation girl deserves slightly less punishment than those guys.
The girl in your example may be guilty of: (a) poor judgement and/or (b) choosing gutter scum as friends, but she is innocent with respect to the rape.
I understand what you and Richard are trying to say here, but if a woman gets drunk with men or wears suggestive clothing that doesn't contribute to the crime. Kind of like if I leave my car unlocked and someone steals the stereo. Did I show poor judgement? Yes. Do I share blame in the theft? No. It's really two different things here.
I agree that women should not drink heavily around men they do not 100% trust. Why? Because men can be f'ckheads when given half the chance. But no matter how much I drink, I could never rape a woman. Rapists are rapists.
The words of a drunk are the thoughts of the same man sober.
We all get into situations where "we should have known better" but that doesn't mean we are partially to blame if we are a victim of a crime.
Everyone take a step back . Artur is only refering to those situations where better judgement
might have averted the rape. I disagree with him about the woman sharing shame or blame in these instances, but I don't think Artur's the monster the thread is making him out to be.
