Hi,
I've noticed immediately after posting in some threads, the user who posted doesn't have the ability to edit his last post. Has anyone else been able to reproduce this?

I think there is some time after which you can't edit. We had several cases of people going back and editing their posts in a thread, making it completely unreadable ... that's why that came to be.
But it shouldn't be immediate ... it should kick in after a few minutes.

Sometimes you notice mistakes after you can no longer edit them.

Feel free to let one of the mods know. We can still edit stuff.
There are more to prevent cases where people start fights and then go back and remove all the offending posts and the people left over fuming look like jack asses

By the way, best way for that is probably to use the "report post" feature.

Sure thing. It's filed in my really really important pile of to-do's.

yes, users should be able to edit their posts specially if they decide to run for public office years from now.
