Does anyone else put apple sauce on their bulghur?
How about leftover che-kufta dipped in egg and then fried? Yum, yum.
Or Green Bean stew (fahsulya tzod) simply made with green beans, tomato sauce, garlic and ground beef?
Keeba is one of my favorites--boiled meatballs made with ground beef, bulghur and mint.
And seeney kufta (flat, baked tray kufta).
Man, I'm hungry now....
