Three Armenian young scientists worked together for a year and invented cheese that heals dysbiosis. This problem is widespread in the world and 82% of people in the world want treatment. The young scientists proved their tests positive one year ago, however, it took them a year to arrange proper documentation for organizing production of this cheese in Armenia. We were informed by Anahit Manasyan, founding director of TECTVM non-for-profit organization, that the group of scientists had gone through a long process to get their invention approved by proper documentation. Inventors of the healing cheese are Anahit Manasyan, Nairi Grigoryan and Gohar Grigoryan. “We have done a lot of tests to prove the healing capability of the probiotic cheese, but most of our time was spent on acquiring the documentation. The cheese is there, everything is ready, but still we have to go through paperwork with different institutions to organize the production,” said A. Manasyan.

Nairir Grigoryan, a scientist of bacteria-related disciplines who has helped the group on their invention, says this new type of cheese cures dysbiosis and increases the resistance of the body. “Goat cheese is healthy food, and existence of probiotic bacteria in it doubles its healing capability,” said N. Grigoryan. She says that the human body has bacterial microflora, and the balance of bacteria is affected by stress and low immunity. The type of cheese restores the balance of bacteria. After eating this cheese for two weeks one can feel the difference. This cheese can be used by people who don’t have dysbiosis problem. At a recent StartUp Cup competition the TECTVM group was the winner due to its business model for goat cheese production. The group was awarded 1,200,000 drams for the invention. The group realized the project with the help of their friends and this money. They organized the presentation of their new product at Crumbs bakery store in Glendale Hills district in Yerevan.

The group of young scientists have come to an agreement with a large Armenian cheese production company. They will be able to start mass production after finalizing the documentation. The cheese will be available in the market next year. The young scientists say the cheese will be affordable for customers.

Armenia To export honey to EU also

As the hungry people in Europe have finished their bee population by eating those insects and consequently their honey industry has died away, Armenia will be coming to their help by exporting honey to EU according the the National Beekeepers Association of Armenia.

A news article released on October 2013 said "Armenia has been included in the list of countries that are eligible to export honey to European Union countries. The Armenian Agriculture Ministry State Service on Food Safety informed the aforesaid citing the EU official monthly. The EU Directorate-General for Health and Consumers (DG SANCO) has approved Armenia’s 'Plan on the Quantity of Residue in Honey and Beekeeping Products,' which is a prerequisite for honey exports.

In the first nine months of this year Armenia exported 6,2 tons of honey mainly to China, Russia and USA. Armenia, where her people are not so crazy to eat their bee population as lunch (there are 200.00 bee families in Armenia which are protected by law from being eaten as lunch), has the capacity to export 500 tons of honey per year to Europe if Artskah also pitch in exporting with Armenia, said a communication by NBAA on November 22, 2013.

From 1000 tones to 6000 tones of honey are produced in average by the Armenians per year, 1000 tons if the bees go to vacation to Georgian and Turkish shores and 6000 tons if the bee families decide to not go to vacation outside of Armenia.

In 2012 16,8 tons were exported in total, while in 2011 18,1 tones in total. Honey has no expiration date and its stays delicious for long period of time in storage or on shelves.

The cheese sounds interesting. Never heard of Dysbiosis, had to google it. 

 

The girls have goats, I've been able to make Armenian string cheese, not perfect, but getting better.

I have no idea what this is in reponse to, but bribery in America is only an offense if the amount is too small to satisfy the given official's relatively greater appetite.  Here in the Land of Plenty Of Debt, bribery takes many creative forms.  In the Land of the Fee and UberTaxes, bribery has to be large and hefty.  It has to be enough for the official to weigh the risk of getting caught with the ability to deny wrongdoing and bribe another layer of law enforcement officials.
