Putin's Open Letter to the American People
http://www.nytimes.c...syria.html?_r=0
By VLADIMIR V. PUTIN
Published: September 11, 2013

MOSCOW - RECENT events surrounding Syria have prompted me to speak directly to the American people and their political leaders. It is important to do so at a time of insufficient communication between our societies. Relations between us have passed through different stages. We stood against each other during the cold war. But we were also allies once, and defeated the Nazis together. The universal international organization
- the United Nations - was then established to prevent such devastation from ever happening again. The United Nations' founders understood that decisions affecting war and peace should happen only by consensus, and with America's consent the veto by Security Council permanent members was enshrined in the United Nations Charter. The profound wisdom of this has underpinned the stability of international relations for decades.

No one wants the United Nations to suffer the fate of the League of Nations, which collapsed because it lacked real leverage. This is possible if influential countries bypass the United Nations and take military action without Security Council authorization.

The potential strike by the United States against Syria, despite strong opposition from many countries and major political and religious leaders, including the pope, will result in more innocent victims and escalation, potentially spreading the conflict far beyond Syria's borders. A strike would increase violence and unleash a new wave of terrorism. It could undermine multilateral efforts to resolve the Iranian nuclear problem and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and further destabilize the Middle East and North Africa. It could throw the entire system of international law and order out of balance.

Syria is not witnessing a battle for democracy, but an armed conflict between government and opposition in a multireligious country. There are few champions of democracy in Syria. But there are more than enough Qaeda fighters and extremists of all stripes battling the government. The United States State Department has designated Al Nusra Front and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, fighting with the opposition, as terrorist organizations. This internal conflict, fueled by foreign weapons supplied to the opposition, is one of the bloodiest in the world.

Mercenaries from Arab countries fighting there, and hundreds of militants from Western countries and even Russia, are an issue of our deep concern. Might they not return to our countries with experience acquired in Syria? After all, after fighting in Libya, extremists moved on to Mali. This threatens us all.

From the outset, Russia has advocated peaceful dialogue enabling Syrians to develop a compromise plan for their own future. We are not protecting the Syrian government, but international law. We need to use the United Nations Security Council and believe that preserving law and order in today's complex and turbulent world is one of the few ways to keep international relations from sliding into chaos. The law is still the law, and we must follow it whether we like it or not. Under current international law, force is permitted only in self-defense or by the decision of the Security Council. Anything else is unacceptable under the United Nations Charter and would constitute an act of aggression.

No one doubts that poison gas was used in Syria. But there is every reason to believe it was used not by the Syrian Army, but by opposition forces, to provoke intervention by their powerful foreign patrons, who would be siding with the fundamentalists. Reports that militants are preparing another attack - this time against Israel - cannot be ignored.

It is alarming that military intervention in internal conflicts in foreign countries has become commonplace for the United States. Is it in America's long-term interest? I doubt it. Millions around the world increasingly see America not as a model of democracy but as relying solely on brute force, cobbling coalitions together under the slogan "you're either with us or against us."

But force has proved ineffective and pointless. Afghanistan is reeling, and no one can say what will happen after international forces withdraw. Libya is divided into tribes and clans. In Iraq the civil war continues, with dozens killed each day. In the United States, many draw an analogy between Iraq and Syria, and ask why their government would want to repeat recent mistakes.

No matter how targeted the strikes or how sophisticated the weapons, civilian casualties are inevitable, including the elderly and children, whom the strikes are meant to protect.

The world reacts by asking: if you cannot count on international law, then you must find other ways to ensure your security. Thus a growing number of countries seek to acquire weapons of mass destruction. This is logical: if you have the bomb, no one will touch you. We are left with talk of the need to strengthen nonproliferation, when in reality this is being eroded.

We must stop using the language of force and return to the path of civilized diplomatic and political settlement.

A new opportunity to avoid military action has emerged in the past few days. The United States, Russia and all members of the international community must take advantage of the Syrian government's willingness to place its chemical arsenal under international control for subsequent destruction. Judging by the statements of President Obama, the United States sees this as an alternative to military action.

I welcome the president's interest in continuing the dialogue with Russia on Syria. We must work together to keep this hope alive, as we agreed to at the Group of 8 meeting in Lough Erne in Northern Ireland in June, and steer the discussion back toward negotiations.

If we can avoid force against Syria, this will improve the atmosphere in international affairs and strengthen mutual trust. It will be our shared success and open the door to cooperation on other critical issues.

My working and personal relationship with President Obama is marked by growing trust. I appreciate this. I carefully studied his address to the nation on Tuesday. And I would rather disagree with a case he made on American exceptionalism, stating that the United States' policy is "what makes America different. It's what makes us exceptional." It is extremely dangerous to encourage people to see themselves as exceptional, whatever the motivation. There are big countries and small countries, rich and poor, those with long democratic traditions and those still finding their way to democracy. Their policies differ, too. We are all different, but when we ask for the Lord's blessings, we must not forget that God created us equal.

Vladimir V. Putin is the president of Russia.

PUTIN'S LOVE ADDRESS TO THE RUSSIAN PARLIAMENT

Notice in this address the contrast of the way the Russians tread their minorities and how the Americans tread their minorities --poles apart. Also focus in Putin's phrase: "We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation". He is not speaking about suicides IN America ..etc..but "SUICIDES OF..." which means in his opinion that America, England, Holland and France" are on path of self-destruction.

On February 4th, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma, (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia:

"In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws.  If they prefer Sharia Law, then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law.  Russia does not need minorities.  Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'.  We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation.  The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of most minorities.  When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the national interest first, observing that the minorities are not Russians.

The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a five minute standing ovation.

Vladimir Putin: President, Peacemaker, Talk Show Host

By Marc Champion Sep 19, 2013

http://www.bloomberg...-show-host.html

Putin made his annual appearance today at the Valdai Club, a gathering or about 200 academics and research analysts focused on Russia, and he had a ball. He cracked jokes all evening -- mostly poking fun at what he sees as Western hypocrisy, double standards and moral decay.

For example, when the legal troubles of Putin’s old friend, former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, came up, he said: “Berlusconi is on trial now because he lives with women, but if he were a homosexual, they wouldn’t lay a finger on him.” That one got a lot of laughs.

More seriously, Putin defended a recent law against promoting homosexuality in Russia, arguing that this does not amount to discrimination or oppression, and noting that some U.S. states still have (disused) laws on the books that criminalize homosexuality. Russia should be allowed to make its own choices about what is right, he said. He also suggested gay marriage was just bad policy. “We are dying out. Europeans are dying out. Same sex marriages do not produce children,” he said, going on to ask whether Europeans really want to rely on immigration to boost their populations.

This was a huge change from last year, when participants said Russia’s long-serving president had appeared defensive, irritable and uncomfortable throughout the meeting. He had also changed the format of the event, giving a speech and taking part in a panel akin to a town hall meeting, rather than the closed marathon question and answer dinners of previous years. Also new was that the club invited opposition leaders, who were called on to ask Putin questions. And the whole event was televised.

By the end of the day, Putin had taken over from the moderator and was playing talk show host as -- clearly off the cuff -- he zapped questions around a panel consisting of the former German Defense Minister Volker Ruehe, former French Prime Minister Francois Fillon, former Italian Prime Minister Romano Prodi and American Russia specialist Dmitri Simes.

Ruehe, for example, was asked how he thought the Sept. 22 German elections would turn out. Angela Merkel will become chancellor again, Ruehe began -- “Third time!” quipped Putin, an unsubtle dig at all the Western commentators who have criticized him for returning to power for a third term as president in 2012, after an interlude as prime minister. Simes was asked about the U.S. budget deficit. When Fillon hesitated to answer a question on whether he plans to run for president, Putin goaded him with an “I’ll answer if you do” routine -- yes, Putin said, he doesn’t exclude running for a fourth term.

It took Putin a little while to warm up, after his speech about Russia’s need to re-create a national identity based on its unique history and culture, avoiding Europe’s ethical torpor. “The time when ready-made lifestyle models could be installed in foreign states like computer programs has already passed,” he said.

Many of the questions put to the president concerned Syria. He was widely praised by the audience for his role in attempting to broker a deal to remove and destroy Bashar al-Assad's chemical weapons, and he warned that he was not solely responsible for securing the outcome and that this was by no means guaranteed. He also volunteered that Syria only developed its chemical weapons stockpile in response to Israel’s development of a nuclear arsenal. He said this, too, should be eliminated, so that these weapons don’t spread all over the world in the way that gunpowder did in the late Middle Ages.

Putin also repeated many of the arguments he made about the dangers of international interventions in his recent op-ed article in the New York Times, describing at length how he had the idea of writing the piece. He said he added a paragraph attacking “American exceptionalism” at the last minute, after Obama used the term in his speech on Syria earlier this month.

Putin was pressed several times on the rudimentary level of democracy in Russia, with Ruehe in particular taking advantage of the televised nature of the event to press Putin to embrace youths who want to get involved in politics, even if they oppose him. Putin took it all in his stride. He noted that opposition candidates just won several local elections in Russia, and said Russia was developing its own style of democracy at its own pace -- young opposition leaders are welcome if they are “creative,” he said affably. He even left open the possibility of an eventual amnesty for protesters who are awaiting trial in jail for clashing with police during protests on Moscow’s Bolotnaya Square in May 2012.

This was a very relaxed and confident Russian leader, at the very top of his game.

PUTIN is TIMES 2014 Man-of-the-Year
Assad is TIMES 2014 Man-of-the-Year
Kerry & Sergey Lavrov are TIMES 2014 Man-of-the-Year
PUTIN is Nobel-Price Winner for Peace in 2014

The following is a piece of PROPAGANDA that came out in Pravda on 6 September during the conflict between US and Russia over Syria. It shows how the mentality in Russia, both for people and the army, are being prepared in case a big war erupts between Russia & USA for hostility against USA, if there was a war expect more of such Russian propaganda in print.

The Wall That Putin Stands On
06.Sept.2013

By Xavier Lerma

Even though the US thinks they are in charge of humanity the reality is they are not. In their imaginary world the toothless media supports their spit ball shooting president. They actually think their words are supreme and final. Kerry and McCain keep dancing in a parade trying to influence a congress which is neither conservative nor moral but nevertheless war weary. The once drug addict now US leader cannot fight against Vladimir Putin who brought Russia from poverty in the 90's to a more stable economy today. Obama's buffoonery selling the war against Syria has hit a wall thanks to President Putin's firm stance and leadership.

Focusing on war instead of a trillion dollar debt, Obama's forte is to spread chaos not only in America but in the world. Like a fire bug his wake has left North Africa burning and he now supports terrorists the US once fought against. Bush once said that when Obama got into office that Barry would have to do the same and continue fighting in the Middle East. "Mr. I'll bring home the troops next summer" has broken that promise and kept his "YES WE CAN start more wars" pledge. As they say in America, "he's Bush on steroids".

Although US public opinion is against another war the Bush haters will not protest Obama's wars. I guess their feet hurt or Soros ran out of money. Code Pink went home to bake cookies or those in charge feel nothing can stop them now. Well, Putin is still in charge of the Middle East. The blood thirsty west can only grind its teeth, wail and scream, writhe in agony, spitting out lies, threats and accusations against Russia. Like Hitler and Napoleon, they will also meet their end.

Russia, who has slain its Red Dragon (Communism) long ago, is now facing Puff the Magic Dragon. Blowing smoke in his people's eyes and spreading democracy with bombs. Magic that cannot fight against the truth. Puff must face reality and will try to save face. He will blame the Republicans who stand in his way and his worshipers will pity and love him. Playing the race card once again will bring more power to his throne.

The Saudi King whom Obama bowed to and Bush kissed will try again and again. Demanding Obama attack Syria. Trying to bribe Putin or threatening Russia with terrorists. He cannot let Russia, the largest country and the number one oil and gas producer, stand in their way. They want the world coming to them for oil and they know Russia will become more powerful in the future supplying Europe, China and other major countries. The Saudis must have complete control of the Middle East now before it's too late.

Conservative Americans and those in the world are seeing Barry falling apart at the seams when he goes against Putin. They see a weak- kneed, lying, war mongering punk against a well educated, confident and successful leader.  President Putin can stand alone and speak without a teleprompter or notes and argue reasonably. He can give interviews anytime without worry because he does not have to try to remember a lie or wonder what to say. He only has to gives facts which are easy to remember.  His conservative economics and religious views are admirable in their eyes.

Forgotten or ignored by the west are the Christian men and women of Russia who prayed, suffered and died for today's free and united Russia. Last century they were attacked by Hell itself yet they endured and rebuilt Christ's Church. Over 58 Million were killed in Communist Russia but the Faith survived. It is one of the greatest miracles in world history. The western media prefers to shriek like spoiled brats against Putin.  "Evil dictator!" they shout, while they themselves have rejected the Holy Spirit and proudly wear the seal of the Antichrist. They laugh but God is not mocked. Christ is Victorious in Russia where homosexuality is still a sin; blasphemy a crime; where crosses and holy images are in public view. A renewed faith in Christ our King has become our fortress. This is the wall Putin stands on and the wall that will cause Obama's fall.

I was the first in the world to nominate Putin for the Noble Peace Prize in September 21, soon other started backing me up, for example in October the first we see that...

Public Figures Nominate Putin for 2014 Nobel Peace Prize

MOSCOW, October 1 (RIA Novosti) – Russian activists and lawmakers announced Tuesday that they plan to nominate Russian President Vladimir Putin for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Supporters of the initiative say they want to see the Russian leader recognized for his efforts in mediating the ongoing civil war in Syria.

Crooner-cum-State Duma deputy Iosif Kobzon said Putin was “more worthy” of the award than 2009 recipient US President Barack Obama, arguing that the US leader had initiated aggressive military action in Syria while his Russian counterpart had made efforts to prevent the war from escalating.

Speaking to journalists, Beslan Kobakhiya, vice president of the International Academy of Spiritual Unity and Cooperation, described Putin as the “person of the year,” saying that he had proven his commitment to global peace through personal example.

The academy said that its letter nominating Putin for the award was received by the Nobel Committee on September 20.

The nominating group said it had not consulted Putin on the idea, but Kobzon, a fervent Putin loyalist, explained the president probably wouldn’t comment “because of his humility.”

Russian media have been circulating rumors for several weeks about Putin’s possible Nobel nomination for his role in the Syrian conflict.

Presidential administration spokesman Dmitry Peskov refused to comment on the issue in a recent interview with Russia’s Izvestia daily, saying that tangible results in the Middle East should be reached before any “triumphant statements” could be made.

Putin has drawn much international praise for his government’s efforts to prevent a US-led punitive bombing campaign against Syria over the Middle Eastern nation’s alleged deployment of chemical weapons.

Critics of Russia have argued, however, that the Kremlin is primarily motivated by its desire to protect strategic interests in the region and that it has been supplying weapons to Bashar Assad’s regime.

The Nobel Committee formally does not comment on the names of nominees – or the people who nominated them – for 50 years after the prize is awarded.

Three other Russians have won the Nobel Peace Prize since the honor was founded in 1901. The most recent winner was Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev in 1991.

Former recipients are allowed to put forward and support new candidates, but the nominating group said it had no plans to consult Gorbachev about Putin’s suitability for the award.

The Nobel Committee’s deadline for 2014 submissions expires on February 1. The Peace Prize winner will be announced in October and presented with the award in a ceremony on December 10 in Oslo, Norway.

The Nobel Peace Prize was given to an agency, The Netherlands-based OPCW, which is overseeing the destruction of Syria's chemical weapons, as the award committee's chairman emphasized the importance of disarmament in the pursuit of world peace. The OPCW "has become an instrument for solving the Syrian crisis" according to him.

Norwegian Nobel Committee had OPCW as a front-runner for Nobel Peace Prize since April of this year. Russians were disappointed for not awarding the Prize to the Russian leader Putin for coming up with the plan to destroy Syria's chemical weapons and persuading Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to agree to it, rather than OPCW who would be overseeing the elimination of the Syrian arsenal of chemical weapons.
Putin was once appointed as TIME's Man-of-the-Year so Lavrov-Kerry, both are likely to be appointed this time.

Putin to Meet With Pope at End of Month
Nov. 7, 2013
MOSCOW/NOVO-OGARYOVO, November 7 (RIA Novosti) – Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Pope Francis on November 25, the Vatican announced Thursday.

Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said earlier in the day that the meeting, to take place during Putin’s planned November 25-26 visit to Italy, was being considered.

It will be the first meeting between Putin and Pope Francis, although the Russian leader previously met the pope's predecessors Benedict XVI and the late John Paul II.

In September, the pontiff wrote a letter to Putin [given below], who was then presiding over the G20 group of leading global powers [in St. Petersburg], appealing to him to prevent possible military action in Syria and find a peaceful solution to the civil war there.
------------------------------------
Pope Francis Appeal to Russia's President Putin for Peaceful Solution in Syria [FULL TEXT]
By Gianluca Mezzofiore
September 05, 2013
http://www.ibtimes.c...dimir-putin.htm

To His Excellency
Mr Vladimir Putin
President of the Russian Federation

"In the course of this year, you have the honour and the responsibility of presiding over the Group of the 20 largest economies in the world. I am aware that the Russian Federation has participated in this group from the moment of its inception and has always had a positive role to play in the promotion of good governance of the world's finances, which have been deeply affected by the crisis of 2008.

"In today's highly interdependent context, a global financial framework with its own just and clear rules is required in order to achieve a more equitable and fraternal world, in which it is possible to overcome hunger, ensure decent employment and housing for all, as well as essential healthcare. Your presidency of the G20 this year has committed itself to consolidating the reform of the international financial organisations and to achieving a consensus on financial standards suited to today's circumstances. However, the world economy will only develop if it allows a dignified way of life for all human beings, from the eldest to the unborn child, not just for citizens of the G20 member states but for every inhabitant of the earth, even those in extreme social situations or in the remotest places.

From this standpoint, it is clear that, for the world's peoples, armed conflicts are always a deliberate negation of international harmony, and create profound divisions and deep wounds which require many years to heal. Wars are a concrete refusal to pursue the great economic and social goals that the international community has set itself, as seen, for example, in the Millennium Development Goals. Unfortunately, the many armed conflicts which continue to afflict the world today present us daily with dramatic images of misery, hunger, illness and death. Without peace, there can be no form of economic development. Violence never begets peace, the necessary condition for development.

The meeting of the heads of state and government of the 20 most powerful economies, with two-thirds of the world's population and 90% of global GDP, does not have international security as its principal purpose. Nevertheless, the meeting will surely not forget the situation in the Middle East and particularly in Syria. It is regrettable that, from the very beginning of the conflict in Syria, one-sided interests have prevailed and in fact hindered the search for a solution that would have avoided the senseless massacre now unfolding.

The leaders of the G20 cannot remain indifferent to the dramatic situation of the beloved Syrian people which has lasted far too long, and even risks bringing greater suffering to a region bitterly tested by strife and needful of peace. To the leaders present, to each and every one, I make a heartfelt appeal for them to help find ways to overcome the conflicting positions and to lay aside the futile pursuit of a military solution. Rather, let there be a renewed commitment to seek, with courage and determination, a peaceful solution through dialogue and negotiation of the parties, unanimously supported by the international community. Moreover, all governments have the moral duty to do everything possible to ensure humanitarian assistance to those suffering because of the conflict, both within and beyond the country's borders.

Mr President, in the hope that these thoughts may be a valid spiritual contribution to your meeting, I pray for the successful outcome of the G20's work on this occasion. I invoke an abundance of blessings upon the Summit in Saint Petersburg, upon the participants and the citizens of the member states, and upon the work and efforts of the 2013 Russian Presidency of the G20.

"While requesting your prayers, I take this opportunity to assure you, Mr President, of my highest consideration."

From the Vatican, 4 September 2013

(Signed)
Francis

Russia Ready to Sell Weapons to Egypt

Putin told Russian television in September that he supports stability in Egypt as soon as possible and promised that Russia would “facilitate this in every way.”

later this month, after talks with the pope on November 25 afternoon, Vladimir Putin will visit Cairo, Egypt. He is expected to announce a Russian advanced weaponry arms sales package to Egypt.

It would be the first time since the 1970s that Moscow will regain the foothold it lost in its close ties to Egypt when Egyptian President Anwar al Sadat expelled Soviet military advisers and ended purchases of Russian arms. In 1977, Sadat canceled all military contracts with the Soviet Union in favor of a partnership with Washington and its billions.

The new shift by the new Egyptian administration toward Russia is being described by Egyptian officials as a re-balancing of relations and a diversifying of its military hardware suppliers. Egypt is said to be seeking Russian fighter jets and Tor anti-aircraft missiles, along with upgrades of its Soviet-era tanks.

As to Moscow, is known to be seeking new bases and allies in the region as its foothold in Syria was undermined by the civil war there. Russians also may be seeking an agreement with Egypt to set up a military base in Egypt to replace its now-threatened naval base at the Syrian port of Tartus.

The United States announced Oct. 9 that it is holding up deliveries of some arms and aid to Egypt; Items being withheld by US includes a dozen F-16 jet fighters, about a dozen AH-64 Apache attack helicopters, four M-1/A-1 tank kits and a number of Harpoon anti-ship missiles. The US administration also is holding up $260 million in aid to the Egypt government, and has frozen a $300 million loan guarantee that is part of U.S. military arms financing programs. Cairo has received more than $49 billion in U.S. aid, including military aid, since 1979.

Russia Ready to Sell Weapons to Egypt – Arms Exporter

MOSCOW, November 8 (RIA Novosti) – Russia will supply modern weaponry to Egypt, provided that Cairo is able to finance the purchases, a high-ranking official at Russia’s state arms exporter Rosoboronexport said Friday.

Rumors about Egypt turning toward Russia for military assistance to meet its security needs, following the partial suspension of military aid and equipment deliveries from the United States, have been circulating in the media since last week.

Various reports indicated that Egypt is considering spending at least $4 billion on advanced weaponry from Russia.

“We are ready to negotiate with the Egyptian side the possibility of deliveries of new weaponry as well as repairing equipment supplied in Soviet times,” the Rosoboronexport official told RIA Novosti.

He said such new deliveries would depend on Egypt’s ability to pay for them. But he noted, “Moscow is ready to discuss with Cairo a possible loan to that country.”

He spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the subject.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said earlier Friday that Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will meet with their Egyptian counterparts during their visit to Egypt on November 13-14.

The Russian delegation will include the first deputy director of the Federal Service on Military-Technical Cooperation, Andrei Boitsov, and Rosoboronexport officials.

“The upcoming visit will help us to outline the prospects of our [defense] cooperation,” the Rosoboronexport source said.

For Moscow, the renewal of military ties with Egypt could signify a return in force to the Middle East while US diplomacy is failing all over the region.

The Soviet Union and Egypt enjoyed close ties during the 1960s and early 1970s, when the Arab country was led by Abdel Nasser. Cairo purchased a variety of Soviet-made military equipment, including tanks, armored personnel carriers and fighter jets under Nasser.

But within years after Nasser’s death, the new president Anwar Sadat started reorienting the country toward the West and expelled about 20,000 Russian military advisers stationed in Egypt in July 1972.

Egypt has never acquired Russian weapons since then.

Egyptian officials liked Putin‘s “positive stance” toward “the June 30 Revolution" when the Egyptian military took over the Administration of Egypt from president Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood, and outlawed that organization.

Russia has been for more than a decade in war with Islamists in southern Russia and has been subjected to terrorist attacks, even in Moscow. In the same way Egypt currently is facing a war with Islamist insurgents in the Sinai.  Last Wednesday Egyptian military and police forces attacked outposts of 55 terrorist “Takfiri elements,” (Egypt’s term for Islamists which means blasphemers) in the Sinai region. Egyptian military has lost many soldiers due to terrorist attacks from Takfiri elements.

In Syria, last month of late October, in the city of Sadad of Syria, 30 bodies of Christian civilians, including women and children,  killed by Islamist militias, have been found in two separate mass graves. The number of Christian civilians confirmed dead in this small town halfway between Homs and Damascus has reached 45. Many are injured and several are missing. According to eyewitnesses, many of the civilians were killed by militia gangs of ‘Al- Nusra Front’ and ‘Daash’. The city has been completely destroyed and looted. Some of the militants who invaded the city were holed up in the Syriac Orthodox Church of St Theodore, which was profaned. Sadad is an ancient Syriac village which dates back to 2000 BC located in the region of Qalamoon, north of Damascus. It had 14 churches, a monastery, temples, historic landmarks and archaeological sites; and a population of 15,000.

Syriac Archbishop Selwanos Boutros Alnemeh said: “What happened in Sadad is the most serious and biggest massacre of Christians in Syria in the past two and a half years… 45 innocent civilians were martyred for no reason, and among them several women and children, many thrown into mass graves. Other civilians were threatened and terrorized. 30 were wounded and 10 are still missing.

The binding force between Russia, Syria and Egypt is of all three of them been under attack by....call them what you want: Islamists, terrorists, mercenaries, insurgents...it is natural for them to join their forces and energies in defending themselves. And since those insurgencies are being supported by the West (and by S Arabia, Katar, and Turkey) by arms, training and billions in funds, it's normal that the shift between Russia and the West to get bigger with each passing day. Likewise with S Arabia, Katar and Turkey.

Russia And China Prepare For The Day When They Will Nuke The United States

http://thetruthwins....e-united-states
By Michael Snyder, on November 6th, 2013

While Barack Obama is busy gutting the U.S. nuclear arsenal, Russia and China are rapidly preparing for the day when they will nuke the United States.  To most Americans, it sounds very strange to hear that Russia and China are concerned about nuclear war.  After all, isn’t the Cold War over?  Isn’t that what politicians from both major political parties keep telling us?  Unfortunately, the truth is that Russia and China both consider the United States to be their number one geopolitical threat, and both nations have been systematically strengthening and updating their strategic forces.  At the end of last month, Russia held a large-scale military drill that involved the launch of four nuclear missiles, and the Chinese government released a major report for the public which included maps showing what would happen to major U.S. cities in the event of a nuclear attack by Chinese submarines.  Obama may blindly believe that wishful thinking and unilateral disarmament will keep the United States safe, but Russia and China are taking a much different path.  Both of them believe that a military conflict with the United States in the future is quite likely, and they are rapidly preparing for that eventuality.

The major nuclear drill conducted by Russia at the end of last month made headlines all over the planet…

"Russian strategic forces carried out a large-scale surprise military drill on Wednesday, launching four nuclear missiles that were closely monitored by U.S. intelligence agencies, U.S. officials said.

"The drill began around 9:00 am ET and included the test launch of two land-based intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and two submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs)."

But this was far from an isolated incident.  In fact, it has been reported that Russian missile forces will hold more than 200 drills during the second half of 2013.

Things have very much changed in Russia since the end of the Cold War era.  Back then, Russia did not have a lot of money to put into the military.  But now Russian President Vladimir Putin is working very hard to strengthen and modernize Russian nuclear forces…

"Russia is developing several new missiles, including a weapon U.S. intelligence agencies have assessed as a covert intermediate-range nuclear missile called the RS-26 that is being developed and tested in apparent violation of the 1987 Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty.

"The Russian government has denied the RS-26 violates the INF treaty and claims it is a new ICBM, which some arms compliance experts say is a violation of the 2010 New START treaty.

Russia is also developing a new submarine-launched ballistic missile and a new class of missile submarines."

The missile submarines are of particular concern.  Russia has introduced a new “near silent” nuclear submarine which is far quieter than anything the U.S. currently has…

"The Borey Class submarine, dubbed Vladimir Monomakh, has a next generation nuclear reactor, can dive deeper than 1,200 feet, and carries up to 20 nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM).

"Each of these “Bulava” ICBM’s can carry ten detachable MIRV warheads, what they call “re-entry vehicles,” capable of delivering 150 kiloton yields per warhead"

These subs have the capability of approaching the coastline of the United States without us ever even knowing that they were there.

Meanwhile, China is publicly bragging about what their nuclear submarines could do to us.

Late last month, the Chinese government released a report which included maps which showed the projected results of a nuclear strike on major U.S. cities.  This report was heavily covered by government-controlled media outlets in China such as China Central TV, the People’s Daily, the Global Times, the PLA Daily and China Youth Daily.

The following are a couple of excerpts from that report…

“If we launch our DF-31A ICBMs over the North Pole, we can easily destroy a whole list of metropolises on the East Coast and the New England region of the U.S., including Annapolis, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Portland, Baltimore, and Norfolk, whose population account accounts for about one eighth of America’s total residents.”

—–

“Because the Midwest states of the U.S. are sparsely populated, in order to increase the lethality, [our] nuclear attacks should mainly target the key cities on the West Coast of the United States, such as Seattle, Los Angles, San Francisco, and San Diego.”

In recent years, China has been working hard to develop a new generation of inter-continental and submarine-launched nuclear missiles.  The following is from a recent article posted on the Washington Free Beacon…

"China is rapidly expanding its nuclear forces with new missiles, submarines, and warheads. At least one of the warheads is based on warhead designs stolen from U.S. nuclear weapons laboratories in the 1990s, U.S. officials have said."

The submarine-launched missiles that they have been developing are of particular concern.  The following is from a recent article posted on Investors.com…

"China’s sub fleet is reportedly the world’s second-largest, with about 70 vessels. About 10 are nuclear-powered, and four or more of those are nuclear ballistic submarines.

"In 2010, the Type 094 Jin class entered the service. It is capable of launching 12 to 16 JL-2 missiles with a range of about 8,700 miles, covering much of the continental U.S. with single or multiple independently targetable re-entry vehicle warheads."

The Chinese reports included maps showing nuclear strikes on Los Angeles and the Pacific Northwest, along with the resulting radiation plumes stretching thousands of miles across the western United States."

(From here and below the article is condensed for lack of space)

Most Americans just continue to believe that we still have a very robust strategic nuclear deterrent.

Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.

Back in 1967, the U.S. military had more than 31,000 strategic nuclear warheads.

Since that time, the U.S. strategic nuclear arsenal has been reduced by about 95 percent,

That would leave us with around 1,000 warheads.

And thanks to the various treaties that we have signed, Russia will know where most of those warheads are located.

So this makes a scenario in which Russia and China collectively conduct a first strike against the United States much more conceivable.  If Russia or China knows exactly where our warheads are, it would be very easy to take most of them out in less than 10 minutes with a submarine-based first strike.

Putin Named International Person of Year by Times
http://en.ria.ru/rus...r-by-Times.html

MOSCOW, December 30, 2013 (RIA Novosti) – Russian leader Vladimir Putin has been named International Person of the Year by Britain's The Times newspaper for succeeding in his ambition of bringing Moscow back to the international top table.

The paper said Putin, 61, a judo black belt, has hip-flipped US President Barack Obama on the Syrian crisis, wrestled the EU to the ground on Ukraine, tripped up the opposition at home and rescued weaker team players such as President Assad of Syria and Edward Snowden, the NSA whistleblower, who was given asylum in Russia.

Also this year, Putin, who served two four-year presidential terms and could run for president again in 2018 when his third term ends, became the world's most eligible bachelor, having divorced his wife Lyudmila after 30 years of marriage.

Even a string of successive terror attacks in southern Russia in the last three days, just weeks before Russia is due to host the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in February in Sochi, are unlikely to blight Putin’s reputation, The Times says.

“The President is expected to use the bombing to rally Russian and international support around a pre-Sochi Winter Olympics crackdown on Islamic radicals in the region, especially in Dagestan,” the paper said.

In October, Putin was named the Most Powerful Person on the Planet by Forbes magazine, knocking US President Obama off the number one spot. Forbes said Putin showed his dominance in diplomatic maneuvering during the international crisis over Syria.

In 2007, Putin was named Person of the Year by the US Time magazine.

The rewriting of history is both broad and detailed. The Russo-Japanese War, which the czar lost in 1905, is now interpreted as the first attempt at an "Orange Revolution," aimed at preventing Russia's ascension to the rank of world power. And the Brusilov Offensive in the summer of 1916, Russia's greatest feat in World War I in which they defeated the German and Austro-Hungarian armies in what is today's Ukraine, is seen as a turning point in the relationship between Russia and the Western Allies. The Americans and the British suddenly understood, according to this narrative: If Nicholas II is not gotten out of the way, the Russian empire will take down Germany, Austria-Hungary and the Ottoman Empire on its own -- and then become world power number one.

Part 2: The Resurrected Empire?

http://www.spiegel.d...a-942500-2.html

January 13, 2014

The resurgence of World War I commemoration is nourished by that inferiority complex that has plagued the Russians for centuries -- particularly since the start of the Putin era. Russia is not taken seriously by the rest of the world, the Kremlin elite believe, despite their view of it as always having been a great power.

That also applies to the period between 1914 and 1918. Russia occupied more than half of the enemy divisions for three years and held its ground, protecting Great Britain and France, the other two countries allied with Russia in the so-called Triple Entente, from certain collapse in the process, say historians. In the fight for common victory, Russia suffered more casualties than all of its allies put together, they argue.

Yet Russia, under Communist rule after 1917, was not invited to the victors' feast in Versailles, but was -- like always, according to the narrative -- left in the cold: Only France, Great Britain and the United States profited from Allied victory. Winston Churchill once encapsulated the tragic trajectory of czarist Russia when he wrote: "Her ship went down in sight of port."

The Russian view is that, prior to 1914, the country was not only large and rich, but also orderly, thanks to the czar, police and clergy. It had experienced an economic boom, delivered more than half of its exports to Germany and thus supported the German war industry -- facts that are part of the educational cannon in today's Russia. But this economic boom was not welcomed by Russia's foes, a group that not only includes Germany and its allies but also Russia's erstwhile partners, including the United States. The conclusion? All of them, whether Triple Entente or Central Powers, actually wanted to wipe Russia off the map.

So was the czarist empire just an imperialist power like any other? Not in Putin's Russia. The czar is now described as having been "wise and great" and would have won, had the Revolution not gotten in the way. For the Kremlin, World War I is a welcome blueprint for the present. Are not Western governments just trying as always to keep Russia down? Is the West not complicit in the downfall of the Soviet Union? NATO pressing at Russia's borders, the West's offensive in regions of Russian influence like Georgia and Ukraine: These are all symptoms in the Russian mind of a persistent goal -- the division or liquidation of Russia. This is what Russians must brace against.

A Metaphor for Putin

It is striking how hard Moscow is currently trying, against this backdrop, to position itself as a major foreign policy player. When it comes to Syria, Iran and American whistleblower Edward Snowden, Moscow's role in the conflicts is sold to the Russian people as clever geopolitical maneuvering. In reality, the country has defined itself as being in opposition to the West since 1917. It is a poorly organized empire whose power now depends on oil prices remaining at over $100 a barrel.

Nevertheless Putin acts at home as if the empire had been resurrected.

"Forgive us, Sovereign," it reads on large panels that recently commemorated the 400th anniversary of the Romanov Dynasty. Back in 2008, there was a television broadcast of the film, "Nikolai II: The Stolen Triumph." It brings together leading politicians, clergymen and historians "to show a fair picture of the reign of Czar Nicholas, one of the most successful in our history."

The czar can also be seen as a metaphor for the reigning leader of the Kremlin. Russian Culture Minister Vladimir Medinsky has praised Putin as the "first ruler since Nicholas Romanov" who came to power legally. And Patriarch Kirill, the leader of the Orthodox Church, honored him in November for "preserving Russia as a great power."

Guarding the Czar

The view of today's ordinary Russian is that czarist Russia was a paradise of civic life and imperial power. Built 120 years ago, the newly renovated Moscow department store Gum on Red Square is infused with this feeling of imperial nostalgia, promoted in TV commercials referring to the good ol' days. And in April, President Putin bestowed the honorary title of "Preobrazhensky Regiment" on the elite Moscow unit responsible for protecting state guests and carrying out counter-terrorism operations. For 230 years, that was the name of the hard-nosed aristocratic regiment tasked with guarding the czar.

-------------------------------------------------

Part 1: Russia Revisits Pivotal Role in World War I

Why is it that Russia wiped out any memory of World War I for nearly 100 years? And why is the country only just now rediscovering the war?

The Great Soviet Encyclopedia described the battle of nations between 1914 and 1918 as an "imperialist war between two coalitions of capitalist powers for a redivision of the already divided world." On both sides, it argued, the war was "aggressive and unjust" and led to an "aggravation of the class struggle and accelerated the ripening of the objective prerequisites for the Great October Socialist Revolution." The revolution, the encyclopedia argued, allowed Russia's "toiling people" to "throw off the oppression of the capitalists and landlords."

The essential message was that it was Lenin's revolution and not the war that was the key event -- and this despite the fact that Russia lost nearly a quarter of its European territories in the war including Poland, the Baltic states, Ukraine and Finland. Even though it bred the revolution, the armed conflict was banished to the margins of Russian history books because it increased social and political tensions to the extent that the Bolsheviks, even though they were in the minority, were able to overthrow the imperialists.

In Russia, World War I didn't create any heroes. Very little of it took place on Russian territory -- instead undulating back and forth between East Prussia and the Caucasus. And unlike the war against Hitler, the Russians didn't really have any idea what it was they were actually dying for in the war. Even when East Prussia fell to the Soviet Union in 1945, the very region where 160,000 Russians lost their lives at the start of World War I, Moscow had every trace of the mass graves there eradicated and simply ignored the war's history so as not to harm the myth of the revolution.

Now, nearly a hundred years later, the story is changing. On Aug. 1, 2013, the Kremlin commemorated the outbreak of World War I for the first time and launched a competition to design a memorial that would honor the "15 million soldiers" who rose up in 1914 "to protect the homeland." The monument is to be unveiled on Aug. 1, 2014 at the memorial site on Poklonnaya Hill currently devoted solely to the war against Hitler.

The second most-likely a Jew and from his photo it looks he does not have self-respect himself so how he is going to respect others. I am not saying that Russia & Putin are perfect entities, rather the future belongs to the East and to Russia)

"Gyumri base ensures the territorial integrity of Armenia" editor-in-chief
14. January. 2014
PRAVDA.Ru
For whole article:  http://english.pravd...litary_bases-0/

The United States has 500 military bases around the world, while Russia only has four plus two logistics points, editor in chief of Arsenal of the Fatherland Victor Murakhovski said in a live broadcast of Pravda.Ru. Even in this situation the United States strongly impedes recreation of Russian military bases, especially in Central Asia and in the Pacific Rim.

"Currently Russia has military bases in Tajikistan, South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Armenia. There are logistics points in the port of Tartus in Syria and in the port of Cam Ranh Bay in Vietnam. Now a similar military facility in Belarus is being established.
------------
Victor Murakhovski explained that the cost of maintaining military bases is determined by bilateral agreements. "Russia bears most of the cost and undertakes the supply of arms and equipment, training of military personnel with respect to the host countries. As far as I know, we do not pay for maintenances of the bases like the Americans do, we barter."
The expert does not think that the military base in Armenia may be shut down. "There is a motorized infantry brigade there, battalion S-300, and air squadron. This base ensures the territorial integrity of Armenia."

This article is put here because it affirms my point of view that the time of the West to top this world is over and the time of the East has arrived to boss and manage this world. By East of course Russia, certainly China and some others is meant. Perhaps also Iran as by East in the Bible it means countries by the direction of Iran. The "Lion" definitely means Jesus Christ.

--------------------------

Just One Roar Of The Lion

I saw this vision on the 22nd of August 2006. I saw a Lion. I walked with Him to a very high Rock. The Lion then Climbed the Rock, and Stood on the very top of this high Rock. I stood below, looking up at Him. He let out a LOUD ROAR. And EVERYTHING in the atmosphere / universe changed.

In a flash I had a 360 degree vision, and what I am about to relate happened in a flash, but I spent the whole of the 22nd of August, just waiting on God, to see in ‘slow motion’, what I had seen in a speedy flash, and understand what I had seen.

I was told that my mind could not grasp the vastness of the changes I saw in the Vision. So I stayed at home, and did not take up any duties but spent the whole day, off and on, every few hours just re-visiting this vision and seeing it unfurl in more detail, now at a speed that I could cope with. I don’t think I have ever seen such a lengthy vision, condensed into a 360-degree vision flash before.

Frame by frame this is what I saw:

I saw Empires fall, and wars begin.

I saw that where previously, formulas and general understanding were proven, it did not work any more, where there were people and places overflowing with money one moment, the next morning the moneyed had nothing.

I saw many ‘proven’ thoughts, and ways now nullified.

I saw that the balance was tipped in favor of the East.

I saw Angels who had been working in the North and Northwest, recalled and sent East.

I saw children snatched out of the hands of some of the parents.

Fresh food stopped in the western area and was diverted to the East. The fertile became barren and the barren became fertile.

All this, from Just One Roar of the Lion.

I saw 3 long lines of writing in the sky. It read: Lost, Lost, Lost.
But below, it I saw the word: Gain , gain, gain……..where this line ended I could not see, as it just continued on, endlessly.

I saw that the East gained money, food, etc.
The losses [of the West] were loss of power, prestige, money, position.

I saw: Where a soldier stood to load his gun, to shoot, even the last single bullet he had was taken away.
Where a soldier stood ready for packing his gun, where truce had been declared, divine bullets loaded his gun, and led him to shoot.

In the Universe, expected cosmic events were diverted and unexpected ones were brought forth.
Deserts bloomed, greenery was made barren. Light that had focused on the West, now moved East.

This was so sudden that it was like saying…”One morning I woke up, and all was changed”.

(Scripture: Amos 3: 8: )
The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord God hath spoken, who can but prophecy? The Lion has Roared.

Dark clouds disintegrated from one place and gathered in another.
Whilst there was a West to East exchange on a large level, on individual levels there were changes too. Everything, everything, everything, was changing.

All this from, Just One Roar of the Lion.

Just that One Roar, and things from here, were flying there and vice versa.
People/ Nations, who had got used to a way of life/of thinking, were in for either a shock or a surprise.

CHANGE, CHANGE, CHANGE, CHANGE, CHANGE, CHANGE, CHANGE.

The hungry were fed, and the fed, went hungry. All opposites were happening.
Many homeless were housed, and many of those with homes, became homeless. Light became dark and dark became light. Whatever the present situation, the opposite was happening.

Many rich became poor and many of the poor became rich.

All this, from Just One Roar of the Lion.

Clouds that were meaning to rain, suddenly disintegrated and it rained elsewhere, where least expected.

People were in puzzlement. They said to themselves, ” but I thought….”
No nothing would be as “I thought. “

Many were saying, “ But it always worked this way”. Now no more. For those who said, “ It’s never worked for me,” they were surprised to know that it will, now.

Heralds blew trumpets, proclaiming: “ End of empire, end of empire”. [this empire is USA]

Anyone who had been a Specialist, Monopolist, the kingpin in any area of his life/business, now that would begin to end. Nations that had empires or aspirations building towards it, would now see the beginning of the end of those empires.

Nothing was the same. Everything, everything had changed.

Just One Roar Of The Lion.

And He Has Roared.

Empty pockets were filled, the filled emptied.

Strategic changes were taking place. Whatever had worked like clockwork, would not work now.
People of peace were making war, and warring nations calmed down.

For the warring nations it was like the wind was taken out of their sails.

Just as Egypt, Persia, Babylon, Rome, Britain etc were all once super powers/empires, but their reign and era ended, so now any ‘super power/ or aspirations thereof, was being diffused. Nations that were looked up to were now beginning to be looked down upon and vice versa.

Balance of power and favor had shifted East.

Angels in the West, held Gold Books. One book was titled “ Most Wanted”, the other, “ Most Favored”.

‘The Most Wanted’ Book had living photographs of the most evil people, the traitors etc. Each one was dealt with and disposed.

The Most Favored, in the other gold Book with living photographs, were some of those, who had lived through most desolate conditions, such were lifted up. [this sound good news for desolate Armenia]

(All were happening at once.)
In the midst of all this, I heard the Angels sing: Glory, Glory, Glory.

Time was speeded up in some places, in others, it was slowed down. Wild beasts were all crouching in fear, afraid. I saw the milk inside of cows, curdle.

Just One Roar Of the Lion.

I saw Eagles, fitted with miniature bells, the bells were so minute, it was hard to believe that if they rang any could hear. Eagles did not speak, they just carried the bells that were fitted to their beaks. People were to ‘read’ the sounds.

Wheresoever the Eagles flew, to some the ringing of the bells was as a very high, deafening pitch. I was not allowed to hear this high pitch sound, but it was revealed to me, that it was an unbearable / deafening high pitch sound.

But there were others who heard the same bells, which the Eagles had attached to their beaks, and to these the sound transmitted was different. It was sheer music. I heard this. Such people, had their hands lifted high and they were happily sighing and exclaiming, “ Finally!”

I saw Angels collect gold crowns from those in the North, and they dipped the crowns in a smoky place (the kind of smoke one sees with dry ice), when the crowns emerged from the smoke, they looked exactly the same, but now they were silver.

No matter in which direction I looked all had changed.

It seemed that the very nature of nature changed.

Volcanoes that were dormant, the ashes were removed, and a new fire was lit in them.
It seemed that certain species, suddenly became extinct.

Reams of paper fell from the sky; paper and pens were sent down, for Chroniclers and Historians, for it was going to be a busy time for them.

Nothing of all creation was left untouched, at Just One Roar of The Lion.

Outside, the earth looked still, but within were rapid-fire changes. Quick, sudden, some were devastating, others surprisingly favorable, but this favor was mostly for the East.

I saw what looked like a flight-path that normally airlines describe on their brochures, as routes of flights/destinations.

For prophets, their flight -paths were moved from here to there, as if randomly, but it was not random, it was the Plan of God for prophets.
Prophets will be suddenly moved, and see things from a new vantage point.

I saw some people become tar, whilst others became fountains of water.

Just One Roar Of The Lion.

Many changes took place in the Universe.
On earth, snows of old melted, and water in unlikely places froze.

It is no ordinary thing, when the Lion Roars.

Those dressed warm in the winter, had their clothes taken away, they were left naked. But the naked street-dweller was clothed.
There was a divine transfer of wealth, knowledge, and understanding.

People, who’d talked and talked for years, had their mouths taped. But as in Ezekiel 24: 27, those that had been mute for a season, now spoke.

As the vision progressed, I heard the Lord Say:
"My People have no roof over their head. I Am their Roof."
I was flown speedily, over building after building, and as we flew, I heard the Lord Say: “ Not Mine, not Mine, not Mine, not Mine, not Mine, not Mine, not Mine.”
Now I was despairing. What then was God’s?
Then I was shown, people in the fields, with instruments. They had no roof over their heads.
These were God’s own.

The buildings we flew over, were demolished by an elephant’s trunk and many T.V. Studios, had a fire underneath them. Apparently these buildings had been re-built on the same grounds where prior buildings had been condemned and burnt. These new buildings had been built on the foundations of charred remains, and ashes.

I saw oil poured out from the sky, in two separate ways. One fell over people who gladly received it over them and laughed in the ‘oil rain’. On the other hand, for others, the oil rain, caused to be set aflame, all that was below.

All that was up to the present became obsolete, and new technology, the secrets of which were hidden in nature, appeared.

Science made simple but profound discoveries. I saw Scientists have a ‘Eureka’ moment. For many who were researching, studying, looking for, the ‘thing’, it was right there before their very noses. Once they saw it they slapped their foreheads, lamenting, “ Silly me!”

Follies of science were exposed. The simplicity of the discoveries to come, were mind-boggling.

Just One Roar Of The Lion.

The very nature of nature seemed to be changing. It was as unbelievable as Isaiah 11: 6-8, ‘the wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid;……

In some places, I saw an overabundance of wheat, which flowed into the sea, as it was so plentiful. But in other places, I saw land, which was once green, and was now parched land, where nothing grew.

I saw beautiful blooms on cactus/desert plants.

He, who understands these changes, will prepare.

The Earth was in a global eclipse. One half had light, the other half was in darkness. It seemed that plates were /shifted/ removed from the earth.

There were people who raged against God. “ We’ll do what we have to, let Him do what He Wants to”, they were saying.

Trees trembled. They knew that their time to be cut had come. To many, prophets and counselors were restored, but from others, the prophets and counselors departed. Sadly from those they departed, noticed it not.

Focus/emphasis of the Church, and the world, due to the presence of new circumstances, changed.

All this, by Just One Roar Of The Lion.
