been looking for a lake in Historikal Armenia

Chldr - Chldran - Childran Lake

Chaldran is a village in Artsakh, in the Martakert region. I can't show it here. In the hard copy map I can see it, north of Stepanakert. The said map spells it as Chyldyran.
To me, the name Chaldran sounds furkish.

I just saw that there is a place in furkey called Chaldran. North of Lake Van.

This is in Western Armenia.

Chardiran is not Armenian name.
In north west of The border of RA There is Childir lake

let me  start at the beginning

 

our Grandfathers Last Name  was Չլդրյան Chldr-yan , he was given that Last Name Չլդրյան wan  he & the Family settled in Anjar Lebanon ..

we was told by some of our relatives that our grate grandfather named Movses / Moses  was nicknamed Չլդր ՄՈսես since  wan fighting he would fight  like Խենթ.. my Grandma  told us that our Last Name  was Chaldran Չալդրան  way before our Grate Grate Grandfathers settled in Musa Ler from   Chldran Lake aria.. now  i'm traying to trace and see what i can find .. Չալդրանյան is the last name but instead some smart ass  during the paperwork in Anjar changed  to Չլդրյան
