Today former Deputy Defense Minister Vahan Shirkhanyan, who was detained in connection with the case of the armed group neutralized in Nork-Marash, was brought to the court by wheelchair.
The court hearings, which kicked off on December 2, were postponed, as Shirkhanyan didn’t attend them.
Today the Court will present the summary of forensic-medical examination, which will clarify whether Vahan Shirkhanyan can participate in the court hearings or not.
To remind, Vahan Shirkhanyan demanded to provide him a wheelchair to take part in the court hearings.
