Who knows the meaning of "crocodile tears"?
What does “project” mean? To send more dollars so they can afford to pay for a passport and visa to get the HELL OUT?
Hypocrisy?
Is there a limit?
What is the Armenian word for it?
Every day (glendelians)former Gavaretsis, Goristis and Gumretsis come here and sing these songs. Can we hear them sing the same songs from Gavar, Goris or Gumri?
Yes, yes. We know trcheyi mtkov tun”. How about “trcheyi marmnov tun”?

To those who can read French, I inform that I have written my childhood memories of the Armenian House of
Choisy-le-Roi (near Paris). As I have already written in this forum, that house had been constructed for the
Armenian refugees, who did not say 'genocide' yet but "aksor".

Louise, that is a wonderful article. Much history and culture. I can relate to much of it.

Do you remember any more childrens’ songs? As I have mentioned there, many of the childrens songs were translations, reminiscent of Frere Jaques and the Alouette etc.

And that Sunday School song Hisousi Yeg was a source of much amusement and at times a subject of derision. I did not know that it was a translation of “Come To Jesus “ by Rlias Riggs..
