Wow. I have to go to some bars when there. Sounds like fun. <img src="http://hyeforum.com/...DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> Was there any one place in particular?

I particularly remember Crystal on Sayat Nova, which has closed since then. But in general, from what I remember, most of the bars in Yerevan were nearly completely dark. I never really knew what I was eating.

My husband and I don't really eat out that much as I like to experiment with my cooking skills. But one of the places we have really enjoyed was Mama's Fish House in Maui - www.mamasfishhouse.com. We both had fish entrees (salmon and mahi) and they were both delicious. I also remember the drinks being particularly good and the ambiance was really amazing.

Its DineLA week(http://discoverlosan.../aapart2010.jsp)
and today I went to XIV with a friend. Awesomeness to say the least. We also had an incredible bottle of wine(pricey but great) Overall I really liked this place. Plus the women were all wearing belts and pretending that those pelts were skits. :)(I apologize to all the ladies on the forum for being a man)

OH MY GOD...

Recently went out with few forum friends and I was telling them about Sasoon. I LOVE that place. It is so great and it is run by the most wonderful couple in the world. Tikin Nelli and her husband paron Karbis. To me it is the best Armenian restaurant in US. No joke. And you feel like you are eating at home.

We went there for lunch today, it was very good!! You should all try it.
